I want to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Thomas Graf and his staff at Graf Family Dental! I woke up about 4 AM in terrible pain with a tooth. I cannot say enough about this dental office!!! This was my first visit and I was beyond nervous and actually embarrassed for anyone to see how horrible my teeth were. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and couldn’t have been more kind. Dr Graf told me I needed two root canals on my front teeth and I immediately panicked about the procedure and cost. Not only did he do both that same visit, he worked with my insurance and made this something doable for me It was pain free and fast. I can smile now with confidence and I am beyond grateful! During our comprehensive surgical assessment, we will use our 3D xray to assess your bone quality. We will also take photographs for the doctor to evaluate the situation and allow the lab to design any needed prosthetics.
We want to know what is most important to you. We will discuss your main concerns about surgery, your functionality needs, your esthetic wants, and how long your issues have been going on.
The surgical assistant will be with you throughout the consultation process to hear your needs and desires. They will walk you through your surgical treatment options and what would be best for you. All your questions will be answered before any decisions are made. Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and prepared so you’ll feel at peace with your surgical treatment decision.
Our Team Manager will present the financial picture and what is included at each level of treatment. Before and after pictures will be available so you can get an idea of the transformative results you can expect from your surgical treatment. We will also walk you through the financing options that we offer with Proceed, Cherry, and CareCredit.
If you decide to proceed with your surgical treatment plan, we will go over pre-operative instructions and answer any remaining questions you may have. We look forward to serving you and giving you your dream smile.
